Unfortunately, recent and significant carrier rate increases have required us to update our shipping rates. Free shipping is now available on orders of $75.00 or more, and shipping for orders below that threshold is $12.50 per order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return unused items for a full refund or exchange.
Returns
Returns are accepted for a duration not exceeding 30 days from the date of receiving. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method or reship the order fulfilling our guarantee obligation.

We offer free shipping over $75.00 to ONE location.
The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All orders placed after 2:00 PM Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Gifts are all made to order, so please allow an additional 1-2 days for fulfillment.

International, Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
Free shipping promotions apply only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). International shipments, as well as orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged applicable shipping rates at checkout.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their destination country. Delivery times for international, Alaska, and Hawaii orders may vary and are subject to carrier availability.
